We arrange delivery directly across Canada and the US and schedule it with you ahead of time — this isn't a drop-shipped surprise at your door. Exact timing depends on your location; we'll confirm a window once your order is placed.
What do I need for installation?+
The Celite Ultra Tankless is fully non-electric, so there's no outlet to worry about — just a standard water supply connection. We still recommend a licensed plumber handle the install to ensure a proper seal and rough-in fit.
What's your return policy?+
Orders are first-come, first-served, and all sales are final — see our Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy. If your crate arrives with transit damage, note it on the carrier's bill of lading at delivery, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours so we can process a freight damage claim.
