All OROMODO products ship via freight carrier as a crated skid direct from the manufacturer's warehouse. Here's what to expect from order to delivery.
Ship Window
Orders ship within 10 business days from the manufacturer's warehouse. Because our inventory is sourced directly from manufacturer overstock and closeout channels, ship dates can vary slightly by product — we'll notify you if a delay affects your order.
Estimated Delivery
Please allow 3–4 weeks total from the date of your order for delivery. This covers both the ship window above and freight transit time, which varies by destination.
Tracking
You'll receive carrier tracking information by email once your order ships. Once freight is in the carrier's hands, exact delivery timing is set by the carrier — we don't control or guarantee a specific delivery date.
You Must Be Present to Receive Freight
Unlike parcel courier deliveries, freight shipments require someone to be present at the delivery location to receive, inspect, and sign for the shipment.
