We arrange delivery directly across Canada and the US and schedule it with you ahead of time — this isn't a drop-shipped surprise at your door. Exact timing depends on your location; we'll confirm a window once your order is placed.
What do I need for installation? Does it need a special outlet?+
Yes — the Roca In-Wash Omi is an electric smart toilet and needs a dedicated GFCI outlet within reach of the unit, plus a standard water supply hookup. We recommend a licensed plumber (and electrician if a new outlet is required) handle the install.
